Anjor has more than 15 years of experience in the industry. His expertise spans across various domains, including:

  • Generative AI: As the former Head of Applied AI at Radiant AI, Anjor helped enterprises deploy generative AI applications into production.
  • Enterprise Software: Anjor spent 7 years at Palantir Technologies as a Forward Deployed Engineer, leading large commercial engagements and developing the Foundry platform.
  • Hiring: As a hiring manager at Palantir, Anjor conducted more than 700 interviews, honing his expertise in identifying top talent for high-growth environments.
  • Decentralised Storage: During his tenure at Protocol Labs, Anjor worked with prominent clients such as Internet Archive and Solana to onboard critical data to Filecoin.
  • Computational Physics: Anjor holds a PhD in Plasma Turbulence from the University of Maryland, during which he worked with Bill Dorland and Alex Schekochihin.
