Anjor Kanekar

Founder

Anjor spent 7 years at Palantir as a Forward Deployed Engineer and hiring manager, conducting 600+ technical interviews and training hundreds of interviewers. He ran FDE hiring for commercial and UK businesses, building the systems that identified exceptional engineers at scale.

He holds a PhD in Computational Physics from the University of Maryland and remains an active researcher — recently completing a validated study on AI-assisted physics simulation development.
